Jeffrey Greene has been painting, sculpting, and designing furniture for over fifty years. Throughout his career as a furniture designer and studio owner, he earned a reputation as a master craftsman and artist.

He has currently chosen to simplify his life and focus his creative energies through painting with oil on canvas. His painting style utilizes a wide range of techniques, including classical, abstract, and impressionistic. He embraces the freedom of working with oils in either one of his small studios, whether it is in New Hope, PA, or Wellfleet, MA. He is reminded of the influence of his artist father, George Greene, a contemporary of the New Hope School, while residing at Phillips Mill in New Hope and being inspired by the beauty of Bucks County and the creative influences of the multitude of artists that were part of his everyday life. His father always encouraged his drawing skills and to follow his dreams.

With an underlying expression of abstract composition, Jeffrey strives to capture the beauty in nature in order to create an uplifting experience while he is painting and to all those who view his work
